Please allow us up to one week to process and ship your order!
Domestic US orders can take anywhere between 2-7 business days for USPS to fulfill the delivery. Please note that delays in delivery is out of our control once handed off to USPS.
International orders may take anywhere between 1-4 weeks to be delivered.
- Please contact us ASAP. Only domestic U.S. orders can be returned/exchanged and include your name and order number in your message.
- If we have not shipped out your order, we can exchange your item!
- If we have already shipped your order, you can refuse the package from USPS. However, you are responsible for paying additional shipping fees.
- If you have already opened the package, please let us know. You are required to return the item and pay for additional shipping fees.
We can cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Please contact us via email ASAP if you would like to cancel your order and include your name and order number in your message. Refunds will be issued and it can take 0-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
We can provide refunds on orders that have not been shipped yet or on items that have been returned to us in the same condition that you received them. Please contact us via email ASAP if you would like to get a refund on your order and include your name and order number in your message.
For domestic US orders, items may be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and as long as the item(s) are in the same condition as you received them. You are responsible for additional shipping fees. Please contact us for a refund.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for international orders.
